the front desk staff seemed very friendly. the rooms were clean and uncluttered. the location is great, near times square.
the bed felt very loud and uncomfortable. we did not have a microwave or a fridge in our room. i thought our room was a little outdated compared to photos advertised.

The room's condition was subpar. The shower pressure was very weak. the shower temperature was inconsistent. The air conditioner was quite noisy. I found it hard to sleep well with such disturbances..
